Sales, exchange, and return policy Warranty All products offered by Nuader Muktani are carefully selected and inspected before being offered for sale to ensure quality and authenticity. The warranty Includes technical malfunctions and manufacturing defects only. Does not include the warranty Breakage or damage resulting from misuse. Exposure to water or humidity contrary to usage instructions. Damage caused by improper use or unapproved maintenance. Normal consumption resulting from use. The warranty does not include cash replacement unless repair is impossible or a manufacturing defect is proven. Replacement The customer has the right to request a product replacement within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. Conditions for acceptance of the replacement request The product must be in its original condition upon receipt. Not used or exposed to damage. Return the product with the original box, invoice, warranty card, and all accessories and attachments. Approval of the customer service team after inspecting the product. Replacement request process A replacement request is submitted by contacting customer service via WhatsApp number shown below the page. Return The customer has the right to request a return of products within seven (7) days from the date of receipt, provided that Nuader Muktani is notified of the return request on the same day of receipt. Return conditions Issuance of a return slip by the customer service team. Return the product in its original condition at the time of purchase without use, with the original box, invoice, warranty card, and all accessories and attachments. The product reaches the company and is inspected to ensure its safety and that it has not been used or damaged. Return fees Shipping fees are deducted from the refunded amount, whether shipping or return fees, even if the order was shipped free of charge to the customer. Product mismatch If a product different from the description or images displayed on the website is received, the customer has the right to request an exchange or return according to the approved policy. If no alternative product is available, the full amount paid will be refunded through the appropriate method without any additional compensation. Products that cannot be returned or exchanged Perfumes after opening or use. Used or damaged products after receipt. Modified or tailored products according to the customer’s request. Products without original packaging or accessories. Any product damaged due to misuse. Used products Used products are inspected before being offered for sale to ensure authenticity and general condition. Return or exchange does not include Damages caused by misuse. Unauthorized modification or opening. Use contrary to care instructions. Replacement and return fees Within Saudi Arabia Return fee: 100 riyals deducted from the refunded amount. Replacement fee: 100 riyals paid in advance. Outside Saudi Arabia The customer bears the costs of international shipping, customs fees, and government taxes if applicable. In case of a company error or manufacturing defect, the company bears the shipping costs. Refunds Electronic payment The amount is refunded within 20 working days after the request is approved. Cash on delivery The amount is refunded within 7 to 20 working days via bank transfer. Maintenance policy The expected maintenance period ranges from 15 to 40 working days depending on the type of malfunction, including the shipping time after maintenance completion. Order cancellation Nuader Muktani Trading Company has the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount paid to the customer in the following cases: Product not available.
